Boki Accounting (“we”, “us”) provides bookkeeping, accounting and financial advisory services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and any client engagement, and how we handle it.

• Contact detailsyou submit through our contact or quote form — name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
• Client financial datayou share with us once you engage our services — e.g. transaction records, invoices, bank statements, and accounting software access — solely to perform the agreed bookkeeping, accounting or advisory work.
• Basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) that any web server logs automatically. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To deliver the bookkeeping, accounting or advisory services you engage us for.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
• To improve this website and our service delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, our email delivery provider (Resend) for handling contact form submissions, and accounting platforms such as Xero and QuickBooks when working on your books — and only to the extent needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Financial and business information shared with us as part of an engagement is treated as strictly confidential and is used solely to deliver the agreed services. Access is limited to the people directly working on your account.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. We retain personal and financial data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal or tax record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used, by emailing rhraza4@yahoo.com.
